Currently, we are only selling within the UK. We usually ship either large letters or small or medium parcels depending on your order.
Most of our customers mostly value Royal Mail services and we decided to stick to this service by default.

✉ Sending a large letter up to 250g with a thickness of 2.5cm – (mostly fits magnets, and wax decoration – in a single envelope) we use Royal Mail service, 2nd Class.

🎁 Sending a small parcel up to 2kg with dimensions of 45x35x16 cm
(mostly fits 1x candle OR 1x lantern in a single box) we use Royal Mail SignedFor® service 2nd Class or Tracked48 2nd Class with Signature.

🎁 Sending a medium parcel of 2 – 9.99 kg with dimensions of 61x46x46 cm
(e.g. multiple candles and/or lanterns in a single box) we use Royal Mail SignedFor® service 2nd Class or Tracked48 2nd Class with Signature.

Direct home deliveries to an address in the area of Melksham-Bowerhill-Berryfield are available at checkout at a substantial discount. The option will pop up after you input your address and once your order is ready, we’ll email or text you to schedule a delivery time between:
Mondays 9:30 am – 12:30 pm or Fridays 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm.
There are also other postage options in our website shop.

If you prefer other delivery options than what we provide, please contact us and we can arrange it, but if it’s in the case of returning an item, be aware that we will refund you only the standard outgoing postage (Consumer Rights 2015).

Please be careful if the outside of the parcel is damaged.
Please make sure that this fact is noticed and noted by the courier BEFORE you put your signature on the terminal delivery provider or put it alongside the signature.
Our small and medium parcels are insured and your notification about the damage is essential for us to get you the refund.
We take responsibility for delivering you a full-value product (including a gift box) however it would be difficult for us to prove that damages were made by mail services and not you if you don’t notify the courier about said damages.

Collecting items is free and is available only after a written agreement (including date and time slots) of both sides (you and us) – twice a week either on: Monday 9:30 am – 12:30 pm or Friday 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm.
During checkout, when you input your address and live close enough, an independent collection option will pop up. Choose this option for zero charge and after you check out, you’ll receive an email or text from us asking to schedule a collection time.
